Duckunder Nearside
The wrestler on the right controls bicep-ties. He pulls up on the tie to give clearance to duck the near arm. Notice the deep level change, but be careful not to drop your head.
At the low point of the level change the attacking wrestler, pulls the bicep tie behind his head. This pull creates the motion of the defender falling over top of the shooter's shoulders. Here the shooter regains better head position by looking up and across the back of his opponent.
Immediately, he attacks a body-lock. Notice that he again changes levels. This time driving off of his knee, up and through his opponent. It is important to drive through the defender; don't stay on your knees.
Here, he takes the defender to the mat.   Duckunders can be hit from many positions. Practice the skill from a variety of tie-ups.
